Brydie grew up on the beautiful North Wales coast with the freedom to run wild in nature.

A fascination with movement, boundless energy and supportive parents made her childhood rich in music, dance, gymnastics, swimming and climbing – generally gadding about outside.

whilst travelling in her early twenties, she discovered yoga as a means of stillness and continuity to balance a nomadic lifestyle.

In the practice of yoga she found the power to stimulate and explore movement in the body, bound with a much needed stilling and calming of the mind – a thorough release and the perfect balance.

Wherever she went she took the opportunity to study various styles – Hatha Yoga in

Australia, Ashtanga Yoga in France, Iyengar Yoga in New Zealand, Vinyasa Flow yoga in Costa Rica….

with 13 years of practice instilled, she felt steady and ready to train to become an instructor herself, with the aim of offering yoga to others as an authentic tool to access holistic wellbeing in a very real, natural and lasting way.

FOLLOWING HER Training in Spain with the wonderful  F.L.Y International  crew  she was invited to become a resident instructor at the her teachers’ Retreat Centre – the stunning SURYALILA retreat centre where she enjoyed teaching students of all ages, abilities and nationalities.

a teacher trainer on the F.L.Y training in ireland teaching asana, history and philosophy for four years, she was subsequently invited to become a part of the Harmonise training academy offering quality yoga teacher training in brighton and hove.

Based on the outskirts of Brighton, she offers public, private and corporate classes  in the surrounding area.

You can read more about her personal style and what to expect from her classes here.

Honing her craft through practicing, questioning and learning, her heart centred approach is rendered in complete gratitude to her teachers and students past and present – most significantly her family and friends - her young son being the most compelling teacher of all!

Off the mat, her yoga is living and laughing with family and friends, walking in the woods, making and enjoying music, art and good food.
